Houston Prays exists to identify, unite and engage people across the city in effective prayer. We believe that united prayer is critical to the transformation of our city.

But citywide transformation begins one life at a time. On this site you will find inspiration, strategies, resources and connections designed to help you make prayer a lifestyle priority.

This year Houston Prays is focused on three special goals to equip you and your church. They include:

1. Identifying model churches that are growing in prayer
2. Building effective prayer teams to cover pastors and leaders
3. Empowering couples to develop the daily habit of praying together

In addition Houston Prays is working to mobilize prayer in local communities and  facilitating citywide events like the National and Global Days of Prayer.
